I joined the Angel One Android team to work on high-trust fintech surfaces where reliability directly impacts user confidence. The Add Funds flow was my first major focus — rebuilding it around MVVM with Kotlin Channels and Flow made payment state and one-off events much easier to reason about.

I also integrated 1 Click Pay so users could complete fund addition entirely inside the app, reducing dependency on third-party UPI handoffs. Beyond payments, I created a remote-configurable help navigation system and cut biometric authentication latency by about 500 ms while supporting analytics and service migrations.

Paytm Insider presented a unique challenge: building Android apps that had to work reliably at live events, often in venues with terrible connectivity. I architected the POS app around offline-first behavior — explicit caching rules, local-first data models, and synchronization tuned for real event operations.

In parallel, I worked on consumer app optimization: reducing app size by 36 percent through modular cleanup and cutting Events module cold start by 4 seconds. I also expanded production visibility with analytics, feature flags, and error logging across key product surfaces.

At WedMeGood, I focused on improving the Android team's delivery velocity without treating platform work as separate from product delivery. I optimized Gradle configuration to cut local build times by 60 percent, giving developers faster feedback loops.

I introduced GitHub Actions based CI/CD so releases became less manual and more predictable. Alongside this engineering foundation work, I owned the Wedsta Family Makeup module revamp end-to-end — from implementation through production release.

As Vitto's first Android engineer, I had the opportunity to build the consumer app from the ground up during a time when the product direction was still evolving. I implemented multilingual, voice-enabled onboarding using Android Text-to-Speech to make the first-run experience more accessible.

I ran Google Play open testing with 300 users, establishing feedback loops before broader launch confidence existed. The Android foundation I built supported the product story behind a $200K pre-seed raise and created the delivery habits for a growing Android team.
